Scope of application

● This series is a product approved by the European Standard (EN standard) and compliant with the CE standard.

● Gas valves SKP, VG, etc., which are opened and closed by a liquid motion actuator, are natural gas, city gas, LPG, air, etc.

It is a valve for shutoff and control only for non-corrosive gas.

● Actuator operation is slow open, quick shut method.

● SKP from 20A to 125A by combining with gas valve body of VGG / VGF / VGH series

It can correspond to the piping diameter.

● The actuator mounting position can be fixed in any direction of the valve and the bonnet,

The mounting attitude of the entire valve is possible to the horizontal and vertical piping so that the body does not face downward.

This makes the arrangement of the entire combustion system efficient.

● Please consider SKP15 / VRF / VRH series for special gas.

Feature

■ The following two types of actuators are available and can be used in a wide range of applications.
SKP 15: On-Off Actuator
SKP 25: Actuator with governor

▼ Because the port diameter is large by hydraulic drive, high flow rate gas can pass and piping size can be reduced.
▼ When an actuator with a built-in governor is used, the shut-off valve seat doubles as the governor seat at the time of driving.
The pressure loss at the governor section that occurs in the governor is zero. Therefore, the piping size can be reduced.
▼ The pressure regulation accuracy of general governors is 10 to 15%, but SKP ... VG ... is within 5% because it is a hydraulic servo system.
▼ In a general governor, the vibration of the gas piping causes the adjustment spring and diaphragm in the governor to cause pressure fluctuation.
